I have been working with them for over 3 years. Can't praise this company enough. Michael has taken his time, too work with us, trying to walk us through the different issues that we have encountered through the years. Most of the time he has helped us reset the system, and has never changed us for his time. I really wish layers would work with us like Michael does. Would recommend this company in a second.

Our central air system needed a new condenser and because it is an older system it required some creative retrofitting of parts. Michael was incredible at getting it done quickly, explaining it all in detail, and he did not raise his original quote despite all the unexpected extra time and effort involved. This year, when the systems needed annual maintenance, Michael got the the units back in order in no time. Due to his work schedule, he couldn't come to my home when I first called. I rarely take the time to provide online reviews of products or services I have purchased, but in the case of Clear Air Doctors, I feel compelled to do so. I cannot say enough good things about Michael and Clean Air Doctors. I live in a condo apartment that had two 16 yr old HVAC units that needed replacement. I reached out to multiple vendors for estimates, all of which came to my home, took a photo of the units and never got back to me. In a moment of frustration, I went to angi.com. Michael was the first to respond to my request for a quote (he called me in less than an hour of my request). From that moment on, Michael went above and beyond the call of duty to track down the supplier of the HVAC units and identify a distributor that would get the units delivered in the quickest, most cost effective manner. He proactively kept me in the loop every step of the way, never once requiring me to call him to find out the status of the units delivery. In fact, once he called me over the weekend because he was concerned that my home might be too cold for my family without a working HVAC system. After the units were delivered, he and his team installed the new units in a timely manner and even worked through the evening when they encountered an unexpected issue with hoses. I'm so impressed with Michael and Clean Air Doctor's, that I intend to connect him with my building manager and superintendent so that my fellow condo owners can benefit from his dedication and exceptional service he provides his customers.

When Michael installed our AC he was super fast, cared about the aesthetics, and was super clean. He was always available to answer any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. Our AC started frosting up 4 years after Michael installed it. Michael's customer support is unmatched. Michael found out that the motherboard that wasn't working was under warrenty. Michael spent 2 days on the phone in the middle of busy season contacting the manufacturer because the supplier went out of business and fought for us to get the piece for free so we didn't have to pay the $700 for the piece. Michael cares about every one of his customers and really fights to do right by them and won't rest until he gets it done. Pleasing his customers is his priority. I will refer everyone I know to him!

Clean Air Doctors, and especially Michael, have provided us the most amazing services, and at no cost! We’re new home owners and have never used split units before. We called Clean Air Doctors, bracing ourselves to pay an arm & a leg. But with just a few questions, Michael assessed that nothing was wrong with the units and that we just needed to reset it and get new remotes. And he didn’t even charge us! Since then, he’s helped us troubleshoot a few other issues and still won’t charge. He’s just an honest and decent person who also knows a lot about HVAC. Michael from Clean Air Doctors is beyond wonderful. I initially contacted him asking for a repair visit, but instead of that, he spent a good half an hour on the phone with us, talking us through ways to solve the problem on our own. In the end, he didn't charge for this service. Unbelievable expertise and good will. When we do need professional service on our units, we will absolutely be going with Clean Air Doctors. Not only was our own experience tremendously positive, but we have heard from neighbors in the building that their in person repair work is exceptional.

Clean Air Doctors was recommended to me by another family in my building. After initially booking another company via Yelp that couldn't solve the problem, I had Clean Air Doctors come to look at the Fujitsu split units in my apartment. Michael was prompt and extremely thorough during the appointment, spending almost three hours checking every aspect of the units. In the end, he was able to reset the units and save me from costly repairs. I very much appreciated their help and will rely on them in case of future need. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and quality of the work done. Not only was the scope of work large it was also very involved due to the fact that our facility could only be retrofitted as a post to new construction. Mike and his team completed the job earlier than planned and at no point was our facility left in any state of disrepair. Pawn completion of each days work the area in which they were working was left spotless. Once the work was complete Mike was very patient and explaining to us how the system worked how to manage the programming and to self maintain wherever needed. Customer for life!

Michael was incredibly responsive and was amazing to work with on a very cold weekend without heat. He was thorough about the process and the pricing beforehand on the phone and gathered as much information as possible to make sure they come prepared to fix any of the few issues that could have been causing our furnace problems. He explained the problem and corrected it and even called to check on us the next day to make sure all was ok. Michael made a potentially very stressful situation very easy to navigate through.

Michael was extremely generous with his time, coaching me over the phone to troubleshoot and fix our boiler which had shut off. He also gave me specific and instructions to balance our water heating system once we had the boiler up and running. A wonderful surprise to find someone who loves what they do and helping customers!

Previously we hired Michael and his team to install a new boiler which went well. A month later the boiler stopped working and we had an error code on the automatic feeder. It was Michael's day off during the holidays but he personally made an effort to stop by and troubleshoot and repair the feeder and get heat back to our home. The service was again very good and much appreciated that he came so quickly.

Mike was extremely professional returned calls and followed up promptly. He was on top of every facet regarding the job. He was one of the few people that truly understood the dynamics required for this project. I deal with a lot of contractors on a regular basis and it was a pleasure having him on this job.
