Excellent but price little to high so we decided to do next year

I am a VERY Happy customer. I approached Mike during the weekend with questions and concern on how my AC was malfunctioning. First of all Mike was available there for help (I was impressed!). He took his time, understanding the heat wave situation; actually concentrated on my issue gave me set of instructions to follow, so I can troubleshoot problem myself. Obviously, I called him many times, and also was sending text messages containing pictures/videos of points that he wanted to see and get better understanding of what was going on. I will not get into deep details of an issue, but following the steps provided, I was able to resolve an issue and survive thru the VERY hot weekend. I looks like problem was resolved at ZERO cost. My AC is working again!!! My opinion that Mike took very professional and client oriented approach to help. I would like to repeat, that I am very Happy and would definitely deal with Mike again. Of course highly recommend Clean Air Doctors to others.

Michael, perform appropriate diagnosis, and identified root cause very promptly. He patiently explained what and why needs to be replaced. Also he was very reasonable with money. After we agreed to proceed, Job was completed promptly. I am happy, and will defensively hire Mike again if neede.

It was a pleasure from the first meeting. Michael was so professional, typed up a detailed proposal of everything we spoke about. He figured out solutions for some difficult spaces that we needed cool air in and didn't stop until I was completely satisfied. The work itself was done so quickly, it was a pleasure! The men were in and out and were careful with the rest of my house. He even came back a few months later when the season changed to go through all the machines and make sure they worked from heating to coming and I understood how to use them. He was extremely patient and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend!!
