Description of Work: While the work they did was good, when two seemingly minor problems arose after the winter (crack in the patio cement and moisture in the garage) and after repeated phone calls and promises that they would address the issues, they never came back to do that and eventually stopped responding at all

+ -1 moreHe was supposed to be here at 8:30am today and never saw him. We setup an appointment two days in advance. Called him at 10am and he said he meant to call me back, but didnt because he couldn't make it. I already paid him $500 upfront for him to run and get grout to install granite on my porch and around my house. I asked him for my money back since he wasn't going to do the job. He never even gave me a curtosy call to let me know he couldn't make it, even with a two days advance. He said he will return my money this evening. UPDATE: He called to apologize to me and said that he would come at 10:00 this morning. After he did not arrive at that time, I called him. He said that he did not mean right at 10:00. I have spent so much time stuck at home, waiting and he never arrives or shows up. When I expressed my frustration, he said that he did not like the way I was speaking to him and that he would not do the job. He said that he would bring my money back in 20 minutes. I am still, once again, waiting. I feel that he is the one who is being disrespectful and wasting my time.
Description of Work: Nothing, he owes me $500 for a service that I paid for that he hasn't showed up to do the work.
