 + 2 moreVery well. Marcello, the contractor, was amazing! I'm bi-costal, living in LA with a rental property in Williamsburg. I'm not always able to be there in NYC to oversee all of the renovations, so I really need someone trustworthy, professional and reliable to get the job done. Marcello and Claridan in general were very much all of those things. They gave me honest opinions on what needed to be done and not done. I'm continuing to use this company for future projects and definitely would refer them to others.
Description of Work: Kitchen Renovation: installling new marble tile floor, painting/refurbishing wall, referal to specialist for antique sink refinishing Repairing Doors

 + 1 moreThe guys from Claridan were amazing! I needed the work done fast because Christmas was right around the corner. They worked morning to night to get it done in time. The work was exceptional. Eddy was there almost everyday to check on the progress. The guys were polite and courteous. The outcome was perfect. I'm absolutely in love with the way my place looks. I highly recommend Claridan Contracting Inc.
Description of Work: We had a wall removed between the living room and dinning room. The carpentry as well as the ceiling fixed after the removal. Also another part of a wall removed and French doors added. The electric needed to be moved to the other side of the wall and the heating pipes moved as well. Everything was then painted.

They were also very responsive by phone/email at any point of time. The workmanship is also very good. Painting and flooring are excellent.
