Citywide Stucco

Description of Work: This has been by far the worst eperience I've ever had. I hired citywide stucco in early August to re-stucco the side and back of my home. We agreed on the price of 13,000 dollars and that the job will start no later than Aug 31st 2009. I put down a deposit of $3,000. I started calling the company in Late August asking for the start date. What proceeded was a series of run arounds. I would call and get responses like - someone will be at your place on Friday or Monday or Wednesday and no one would show up. I called so many times that they told me that they would give me my money back. A new round of stalls and runarounds commenced. They told me Dominick ( the person I made the agreement with )Merola was in the hospital and they could not get the money from the bank. The last thing they tell me was that I would get the money by the end of the week 10/10/09. It it 10/10/09 6:22pm ..I'm still waiting. I have put in a complaint to the better business bureau and plan to take much more agressive action. I advise everyone to stay clear of citywide stucco.
