I had originally needed 2 towel bars to be mounted onto ceramic tiles in my bathrooms. I would've done it myself and even had bought the correct bits, except I did not have a powerful enough drill. Mr. Wilson had reached out to me shortly I entered my information on Angie's List, and after receiving quotes from others I ultimately chose Mr. Wilson because of the price (quoted $100). Everything had gone as plan, except after completing the first bathroom Mr. Wilson stated that he had cracked 2 of the tiles in the bathroom and said it was because his drill was too powerful and intended on replacing it. He then proceeded to work in the other bathroom with a less powerful drill and sure enough had cracked another 2 tiles. After "completing" the work, Mr. Wilson then proceeded to grab his belongings and headed straight out the door. After making his way outside he tells me that I didn't have to pay and hurried away. So in conclusion, what I thought would be a common project, turned into 4 cracked tiles in my bathroom. I'm sure the contractor did not intend to damage my belongings, but the way he proceeded to exit my house was very unprofessional and irresponsible. I hope my review serves as a precaution for others.
