The people at this company are VERY nice and honest. They came by for a free estimate and were $100 cheaper than my other estimate, plus he told me about some things I cold do myself rather than pay for a contractor. Very knowledgeable. But the work wasn't great; I was given the wrong number of keys and that night realized that there was a problem with the locks. Also, there was zero effort made to keep the work area clean or to clean up after, and the work itself doesn't look neat. To their credit, they came back within 4 working days to fix the problem. They provide a ten-year guarantee on their work - that and their honesty are the main reasons to use them again.
Description of Work: Put on a new front door handle; changed one cylinder for a deadbolt; put in a new deadbolt.

MY HOME DOOR GOT JAMMED TWICE AND BOTH TIMES THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING. THEY CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER I CALLED THEM!
