We can't thank Sal from Central Pest Control enough! We had a family of rats that had burrowed throughout our front yard garden and made a home here. Sal came immediately from our first call and starting working on the extensive problem. He has stayed with it for two months straight, visiting weekly (twice on some occasions) and when promised. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how long it might take to accomplish. As of now, we appear to be clean. We will continue with regular check-ups by Sal. Please note that over the years we have used two other companies, who did not show up regularly, did not get the job done and one large commercial firm that actually sent us bills even when visits weren't made. Congrats Sal and Central Pest Control for having a solid work ethic!

The moth infestation appears to have been cleared up . We have seen two mice since Sal was here -and two have been caught in traps ( hopefully the same two) I take back the B for quality because i think that Sal did warn us that we might continue to have a few "visitors " . I am deathly afraid of mice...Sal contacted the same day I booked them to schedule my consultation so he could see what work needed to be done. I was late and he was still so sweet and just a pleasure. He answered all my questions, showed me where the mouse had entered from, and reassured me I had no droppings etc William came two days later to do the work he was very proffesional took care to make sure all holes were closed made sure it looked nice cleaned up after himself. In conclusion. I'm so happy I used them they r professional nice people who know what they are doing. They do it well and efficiently. I will definitely be using them in the future for monthly visits against little creepy crawlers.

I spoke to the father who was great. I explain that I'm currently living in SC he said no problem. They went to my tenants apartment and were very professional. They did not charge my credit card until the job was complete.

We have been using Central Pest Control for over 2 years and they are always very flexible and accommodating -- they come as scheduled and service the units they can and only charge us for that, even though we have a contract for a set amount every quarter. They also work with tenants in each unit to only use products they are comfortable with. This flexibility is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated!

The provider is thorough and extremely knowledgable from types of insects to treatments used to kill them. We have a 3 year old daughter and he is very cautious about where he sprays. He doesn't go near her toys, etc. We do have a carpenter ant problem outside that has decreased almost to none, since Central Pest Control starting treating it.

I had stink bugs. They came to my home sprayed and put traps down. The technician is very knowledgable. He told me to call if I had any issues before the next visit. The stink bug issue was resolved but I still have them come once a month as a precautionary measure.

They are terrific. We have never had a problem in the five years we have used them. They are very reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.

They found where the mice were coming in from and trapped the mice. I was satisfied with their service. It was one flat charge that was not cheap but he came back until the problem was completely resolved. It was worth the price because I have not had issues since.
