Because of this, she will be able to help us get additional funding for issues discovered during construction. Kristi and Rob: They listened to me. They assessed my situation and gave me some common-sense solutions instead of a humongous project of $20,000 of digging out the whole outside. I thought their analyses made a lot of sense. Also, $2,800 instead of digging out at $17-20K. I will update this in the future if there is any more water. One of the water problems was a badly installed window by the previous contractor. Because of the water coming in , we had attempted to caulk the window that was never caulked by the previous contractor. Little did we know that we caused more damage because we caulked all of the weeper holes in the window which made water gather and stay inside. Their workers were excellent -- professional and skilled. They really seemed to care about their work. I gelt comfortable giving them the keys to the house while I was sleeping. Their prices were fair. I appreciate that. We are going to have them renovate our whole house in July when I get other issues straightened out. Recommend Capezzano!
