+ -1 moreProvider specified a time to come look at the property, knowing that I would be paying my building superintendent to stand around and wait for him so that he could get access to the site. Provide failed to show up, and failed to call to say he wasn't showing up. When I spoke to him by phone two hours after the specified appointment time, he still gave no indication that he planned on showing up. Judging from other reviews, this appears to be a pattern of behavior with this vendor, and a very unprofessional one at that. It's a bit unclear why he is even permitted to list on Angie's list. I might recommend him to an enemy whose time I wanted to waste when he had to deal with a safety issue.
Description of Work: Provider was asked to repair a broken stair in the entry foyer of an apartment building.
