I called at 10am Tuesday to list the apartment. The clerk took down the information and said an agent would call me that day. No one contacted me so I called back around 11am Wednesday and the same clerk said she had passed the information to an agent and I would hear from her in a couple of hours. By Friday morning I had still not been contacted and called a third time to find out why. The same clerk said she did not know why no one had bothered to call me. I let her know exactly what I thought of such rude, unprofessional behavior and she asked if I still wanted the agent to call me. I said that if it was not going to interfere with anyone's day, that would be nice. About an hour later an agent called but I let it go to voice mail, I had already contacted another broker who made an appointment to preview the apartment the next day.
Description of Work: We have a rental apartment available and called this company to list it with them. They also seem to be an affiliate of Century 21 which we believed was a reputable, professional company.
