+ -1 moreI was just amazed with the service. They also do private sessions. They are very knowledgable about health and well being. The coaches are highly knowledgable and friendly. They also have fight teams and participate in competitions. The overall health of your body after visiting them for some time can be transformed. They have all different kinds of classes for all different ages and their first class is always free.
Description of Work: I recently signed up my 4 year old son for a kids fitness class. I also attend women's kickboxing classes and my husband visits for boxing and muy thai.
