+ -1 moreWhen I went in the last time and made a simple suggestion that they either have one morning a week that they are open earlier or stay open later in the afternoon one day a week. They are only open 9:30 - 5 and that's really hard for me to get there, that's work time. I needed to buy a vacuum. They went absolutely biserk, they yelled at me for daring to suggest that they change or put in more hours. They wouldn't listen to a suggestion, they were rude and very aggressive I would say. It was very bad customer service. I've hardly ever been treated so rudely in my life. I will never use them again.
Description of Work: I've been going to Brooke's Appliance for 15 years. It was a negative experience. I've been going there for 15 years, I've bought 3 vacuums and countless vacuum bags.

We offer in home carpet and rug steam cleaning as well as upholstery cleaning (in the Park Slope and neighboring areas) . Additionally we offer air conditioner installation for (most) window and wall sleeve applications (in the Park Slope and neighboring areas).
