About us

Denton Cleaning LLC has been serving the Brooklyn community as well as NYC, Queens and The Bronx since 2004. We are known for our professional services, which includes both residential and commercial/office cleaning. Our residential services include cleaning your whole house from top to bottom, either for a special event, preparing for guests, or more commonly, on a routine basis such as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We also specialize in post-renovation, pre-sale preparation cleaning and on-going staging cleaning during the sale process. Each employee is individually trained. They are equipped with strategies for higher quality, productivity and completely understand the cleaning process. All of our employees are covered by Workers’ Compensation, bonding and liability insurance. They are screened, background checks are performed and all government requirements are met during the hiring process. Description of Work: They cleaned a one bedroom apartment. They said they would bring thier own materials except the vacuum, but that was not true. They didn't move several items to clean behind them, but spent 1/2 hour cleaning my toiletries. They were a huge waste of money. Another service located on Long Island cleaned my mother's 2 bedroom house better and for less money.

Hello Member: We regret that your cleaning experience wasn't optimal. My understanding when we spoke was that things were going well and that the cleaners were "more nit picky than you expected" but used some of you paper towels. I wish you would have given us the opportunity to rectify whatever concerns you had at the time we offer a 100% guarantee within 24 hours of your cleaning and would have taken care of any areas of concern. For your first time clean you were given a range of how long it may possibly take with two cleaners which was 3-4 hours at 69.00/hr and your cleaning was 3 hours. We did bring all necessary supplies to your location but again we apologize for using some of your paper towels. We hope you will give us an opportunity to provide cleaning services to you in the future.
