Not too much to say. They gave us a quote of $600 for a shower door. A few weeks later when we contacted them to have it installed, we were told the price of glass went up and the new price was $1000 for the same job. They may be very nice people and do great work but their business ethics need some improving.

Eh...I was told someone would be by between 1-3 on Friday the 3rd to measure. No one ever showed up and I never got a call. I got a call Monday asking if someone could come by, and I said ok. The fellow came and measured - and asked me if I had been quoted a price. I could not remember if the $150 was their quote or not, so I said no - he spoke in a foreign language to his boss, gave him the measurements, and gave me a price of $125 each. Fine - wanted $100 cash deposit, gave it to him, said he'd be back by the end of the week. I called Thursday morning, having not heard anything, and they told me the installer would be by after 12. They arrived at about 3 and installed the mirrors. The job seems to have gone well - we take the tape off the doors this evening, and the installer was efficient and professional - it is unfortunate that they failed to show Friday without a call, and the people who handle their phones seem so unprofessional and chaotic - very amateruish. Otherwise very satisfied - but the missed appointment and chaotic phone conversations deducted from their total rating.

I cold called this company for a bathroom mirror. I was quoted $250 and invited someone to come take measurements. They arrived 3 hours late, spoke over the phone with their boss and came back with a $550 price -- almost double the quote. We negotiated the price and agreed to $450. I gave them a $200 deposit. I called a few days later to see if the mirror was ready. The people answering the phone were unprofessional and not knowledgeable. David, the owner, explained that the job was more expensive than he thought and asked for $600. I was losing patience. I agreed to $550. Vladimir, the installer, and his team showed up 2 hours late. They were excellent. Real professionals. At the end of the installation, I prepared a $350 check. Vladamir called David, handed me the phone and David started screaming at me how the job required overtime!! I didn't give him another penny and I was dissatisfied with the experience of working with them.
