Bloomingdale's Home Cleaning

I pretty much use them regularly. They cleaned the area tug off premises. They were running a special that time so the 2 carpets were about $100 and the area rug was about $200-240. They were very professional and quick. When I asked them to repeat a spot on the carpet that I saw needed some extra work, they would do it again. There was a little mix-up with the address where they went to the wrong place and had to come back the next day and that's the only problem I had with them.

I called last week to make an appointment to have my sofa cleaned. Made an appointment for one week later. Received an email confirmation. Two workers arrived promptly (in fact, they called that morning to give me an option to come even earlier). They worked h****** restoring my somewhat grimy sofa to pristine conditions (about an hour of concentrated labor). They were courteous, kept their work area tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I have used this service before and I am always delighted with their professionalism. I have not used anyone else to clean in years, so I don't really have an idea about whether their price is high, fair, or low. Whatever I pay, it's worth it to get their service.

THEY ARE JUST AWESOME. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THE FURNITURE ALWAYS LOOKS VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED. IT IS ALWAYS DONE WHEN THEY SAY IT IS GOING TO BE.

THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. I THOUGHT THE CLEANING COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BIT BETTER. THE PEOPLE WERE FINE. I WOULD RATE THEM AS AN A. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS FINE.
