Contractor, Frank Caporale was very professional. From the initial consultation, he was straight forward, explained work involved and patiently answered all my question. He impressed me as a man of integrity. His crew was respectful, punctual, worked diligently and cleaned up premises. NYC Department of Buildings inspection of the completed work,went well: passed inspection, no problems encountered. I certainly recommend Blaze electric. You'll get quality work by an company that has high standards, abide by code and complete work in a timely manner with professionalism.

They came when they were supposed to, and the job was fine. I liked them enough to have them come back for a second job. I don't remember the price, but I wasn't horrified by it. I was pleased with them.

Everything is great. Blaze Electric got in touch, scheduled an estimate thesame day, and then did the work the next day. They explained everythingwell and did a competent job.

Steve and Chevy did a great job on all the metrics. What I found exceptional about the service was the patience and composure they both demonstrated when a misunderstanding crept into the situation and the customer (me) got spun up about what in the end was completely my own misunderstanding. Lesson learned? A little knowledge of electronics can be a dangerous thing. ? Thanks, guys!

I looked up an electrician at 11pm on Angie's list. Frank from Blaze returned my message immediately and had someone at my house by 8am. They were on time and completed the job within a half hour. Outlets working again. I was impressed with the very quick response and ability for an appointment the next morning. Whew! That was easy!

I needed an electric baseboard heater installed on a holiday weekend to prevent frozen pipes in our home. I called 3 places that advertised 24 hour emergency service and only Frank at Blaze Electric was able to send someone over. Steve and Chevy came on time and were able to install 2 heaters under difficult conditions with dedicated lines that averted a serious plumbing problem in our house. They were courteous and thorough. My experience with Blaze Electric was good and I would recommend them.

Arrived 8:00 am to my apartment smelling like marjuiana. I had to actually spray the entire apartment.

They were excellent. I was very satisfied. I would give them an A rating. They're the only one that I have used and I've recommended lately. They were punctual. They did it pretty quickly. They cleaned up and did not leave any mess behind. I was happy with the light. It lights and comes on at dusk and goes off at dawn. They were very professional. They came and they were prompt. They did a good job. I would definitely use them in the future.

Both Steve and Chevy from Blaze were great. They worked hard, knew their stuff, and were efficient and pleasant.

We've used Blaze in the past for small jobs and been happy with the work and responsiveness of the provider. Today we asked them to do a bigger job that we discovered was necessary in the course of our kitchen renovation. They quoted us $975 to create a new circuit for the microwave which required a new cable to the breaker box plus a few upgrades of outlets/moving one outlet/changing out a light for a different one. They originally told my husband that patching holes would be included, but when I spoke with them they said it would be another $100 to patch the holes they would create. Overall, it looks like the work was done well. I am happy with the actual work product. Also, they were conscious of our timeframe and need to get the work done in one day, and I appreciate their responsiveness to that. However, I think Blaze could do a lot better in a couple of areas, primarily professionalism: 1. They were not on time - they said they would arrive around 9 and I had to call the owner at 9:45 to see where they were. They arrived at 10:15. This we could let slide, since we had a sick kid and had to stay home, but I'd originally planned to wait for them and let them in before going to work, so their lateness would have been really problematic. 2. They left a huge mess! They asked us to remove the books from the shelves near where they were doing the work - we did it. But there is dust and debris all over what we are using for our kitchen counter while our kitchen is being renovated - so basically, our coffee maker, our boxed cereals, and the snacks that I send with the kids to school, are covered in plaster and dust. If we had been told to move that stuff as well we certainly would have, because now I feel I really can't do anything but throw away boxes of food because there is plaster dust in them. They swept up in the kitchen - but when I looked underneath to pull out a scrap of tape I saw that they just swept the bulk of the mess UNDER our new cabinets (plastic bags, electrical tape, chunks of plaster, etc.), which prior to this work had been perfectly clean and debris-free. We have a dustpan and dust broom at the ready, but... Also, the tops of the cabinets were left completely full of debris. It took me all of five minutes to sweep it up with that dust broom and dustpan. Overall, it felt like they approached the job as one being done in an uninhabited building under complete renovation, instead of a home that is actively being lived in. I think they were hurrying because we needed them to finish today, but at the same time, pushing the debris under the cabinets and some of the other disregard for our space was disappointing. For what it's worth, our kitchen contractor is meticulous about cleaning and even managed to complete the demo of the kitchen without any dust invading our living space - so now I know what is possible, and this didn't come close. So I ding them for professionalism - being late, charging extra to patch the holes (I did not take them up on that), covering food with dust and just pushing all the debris under the cabinets, etc. instead of picking it up.

Everything was good. They were punctual and efficient. I would recommend them.

Blaze Electric is not an electrician or electrical company. It is a person that gets electricians to call you. I did receive a prompt call but I think it is very misleading.

They arrived on time, were very quick and polite, and the cost was less than I expected. I will call them next time I need an electrician.

We recently purchased a house and had some work done in the backyard. The mason severed the electrical line from the house to the garage unfortunately. I found Frank on Angies list and he made an appointment right away to come and see the issue. He explained everything in detail and sent a team of three men to come and do the job. They spent 5 hours digging an 18" trench from the house to the garage to add a new line in metal piping. They also drilled a hole in the foundation to have the new line come out of. Everything was done impeccably. They did the best they could to adhere to where I preferred the line to be and sealed the hole in the foundation on both sides to ensure weatherproofing. They didnt stop for lunch and worked the entire time. They were on time, polite, professional, and did a great job. We will be using them again for any future work that we have.

After reviewing the issue, Frank was able to offer a cost effective solution and explain the whole process. I receive the proposal quickly and was able to setup an appointment within 2 days. His team was able to install new electrical lines to one apartment with minimal damage to the walls & ceilings and got the job done very quickly. I would definitely use them for future.

Frank seems very experienced, straight forward and honest. He said we will only need two plugs exchanged and a couple of cover plates. We just bought this apartment and wanted an electrician to look at it.

The estimate he gave me over the phone was very high, $450.

Same day service. Replaced outside outlet with a more weather proof solution. Professional and knowledgeable.

He came in on time, checked the intercom and fixed it in less than 30 mins. I had had 3 other people come see it before and nobody had been able to figure it out, saying I needed a new speaker or a whole new system. He was great!

Frank was available on short notice, which was great because we had a tight schedule to get the electric work completed. Easy to get in touch with, and able to come by for a free estimate the very next day. He coordinated with my contractor to schedule the work, and everything was done on time. Lights turn on and off. Success!
