I was happy with their work. Speedy call back and scheduling. The electrician was professional and friendly. He went right to work and figured out what was wrong. The wiring for the phone jack was from the 70's and had been disconnected on the second floor of the building. The electrician figured out what was wrong and rewired the jack.

Frank called me back the same day I left a message on his answering machine. I told him I wanted 7 outlets replaced to accommodate 3 prong plugs, and we made an appointment for 8AM this morning. I neglected to ask for a price. Keshad, a very nice professional young man, arrived at about 8:10. After doing a walkthrough of my apartment to see the outlets I wanted upgraded, he went out to his truck to get what he needed. This used up time and I was a bit surprised he hadn't brought them with him. He got started about 8:25 AM and finished in about an hour. He also was nice enough to explain to me how the switches work in my apartment's switch box. He was neat, and put the refuse in a bag I gave him. He charged $275, which since the cost of the materials was low, was a bit high. When he left, all the outlets he replaced were working.

Punctual, pleasant and responsive. Work was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, professionally. Price was high for the amount of work done.

I received a call back promptly after my inquiry. I explained my need for a replacement fluorescent lighting fixture that would fit into the narrow space available between the pipes in my basement ceiling, and was given the approximate price. An electrician arrived more or less at the agreed time early the next morning with a fixture that fit the bill, and installed it quickly. Problem solved!

Over Priced, nasty I would never use this company for anything.

Great job. I called for an estimate at approximately 6:15pm on a weekday. The work was done the next morning at the agreed price. Prompt, professional service.

They were competent, easy to get along with and did good work. I think their price was reasonable.

Two identical halogen-lamp ceiling fixtures stopped functioning at roughly the same time. As it turned out, one had a faulty transformer and the other a burned out socket. The Blaze repairman arrived exactly on time a day after the initial call, correctly diagnosed the problem in minutes, switched the good transformer from one fixture to the other, and came back a week later to finish the job when I had replaced the socket from the original supplier.

First of all you can't beat it when a contractor shows up early for a service. It's amazing especially when you're used to waiting for services (cable, phone, deliveries) that show up late. It helps to have an early appointment. Frank was a pleasure to work with. We had a new concession trailer that had no power to some outlets. He diagnosed the problem and worked to fix it, all the while dealing with a very loud generator. When he was done, he made sure to explain the work he did so that we understood the problem and what he did to correct it. Along the way he marked which outlets went with each fuse and labeled them in the fuse box to make our lives easier when we used the trailer. I would definitely use Blaze Electric again and recommend them to all of my friends. His card is going in the good contractors box.

They were great and professional. They cleaned up and offered a good price. They were good.

A mysterious power outage affecting only parts of our building on New Year's eve and several frustrating calls to Con Edison were resolved by prompt emergency service from Blaze Electric. Their electricians were courteous, and took the time to make sure we had the necessary information to apply to Con Edison for reimbursement when it turned out that the problem was with the power companies wiring from the street to the house.

I liked him very much and he really knew his stuff. It became a complicated procedure and if I were to go with anyone, I would go with him. I was confident that he was a person that knew what needed to be done. He was prompt and on time.

The work went very smoothly. It was easy to call and make an appointment. Someone came same day we called. The worker was very professional and quick. Only problem I had was that, while they listed what they did on the receipt, the fee was not itemized. This seems like a minor problem that could be easily remedied. Compared to one other estimate we got, they do not seem to be overpriced.

They were able to fix the electrical problem and get service to that portion of the house. I was very grateful because we haven't had electricity in that part of the house for years. He arrived at 9:00 and he left at around 2:30 so the job didn't take that long compared to the price I was charged.

From the beginning when my first call was returned in 60 seconds for an appointment the following day, the experience was great. He came 10 minutes early (when does that happen?) and the fact that someone would come back and not make you take another dsy off, was amazing.

Two men came, on time and replaced both ceiling fans. They were courteous and did a good job.

answering service: polite. response time? within 30 minutes, response after call: within 3 hours. professionalism of electrician=absolute. going above and beyond? he did. a pleasure to do business with this company.

Four guys arrived early in the morning,around 9:30am, and they began to work immediately. They worked to together to install each item requested until it was completed. They swept up after themselves, even though there was still allot of dust to clear up later which was okay. They worked neatly and professionally. At the completion of the work I gave them the payment, plus gratuity. We were very happy with the completed work.

They were responsive, prompt and came on time. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

Good job but I thought price high for the work. (Minimum is $125, which I found out afterward.)

The electrician arrived to fix the fried outlet, and was totally accomodating when I showed him a few other things that needed fixing.

They did excellent work and explained everything to me as they completed the job. The work the other contractor did was confusing but after a thorough search they were able to assure the work was safe. They were polite and even came back after the job was complete to show me how to set the timer on the outdoor lights they installed.

We called on a Tuesday and they we able to schedule us for that Thursday. The installer arrived on time and installed both of the fans promptly and efficiently. We noticed a problem with one of the light switches controlling one of the fans that night. We called the next day and they sent the man who installed everything back and he was able to fix the problem very quickly. We were very happy with service provided.

They were able to come over the day I called, within the time window they told me. They were nice and efficient. I would use them again.

I called company on Wednesday, 18 March and left my phone number; this may have been a message service. I received a call back within 1/2 hour. I described what I wanted and gave information about my electrical panel and the proximity of the room where the outlets were to be installed (right above where the cellar panel is located). We made an appointment for Friday at 7:30-8:00 a.m., since I was unavailable for Thursday. The rep called at about 7:20 on Friday to say he was held up in traffic and would be late; he actually arrived within the agreed upon time span. He looked at what I wanted. I had originally asked for three outlets, but added one more. Because of my house's brownstone structure and where I wanted the outlets, the job could not be done excactly like I wanted. He explained why and we agreed on the best way to proceed. He gave me the estimate and asked if I wanted it done then. I agreed and the person who did the work came in and started. The job was completed at about 2:00 p.m. The workman handled the work efficiently and expertly. The work was done neatly, considering he had to move back and forth between the basement living room and the not very clean cellar. Except for the installation itself, one would not know anyone had been working in the living room. Since this was not a big job, I did not get other estimates and the cost was just slightly more that anticipated ($650).
