He came and fixed my Sub Zero Refrigerator, It saved me a lot of money and its working really well.

Ben did an excellent job. He was able to come the same day and diagnose the problem. He fixed the problem and kindly explained what needed to be done and why. We would definitely hire Ben again!

Ben was incredibly efficient. I called on a weekend and he was here within 3-hours. He found the issue and repaired it. He is knowledgeable, neat, courteous. You could not ask for a better repair person.

He was expert in our Sub Zero refrigerator, and accurately diagnosed the issue in a whopping 5 minutes. After a 10 minute discussion he helped identify items likely covered by warranty, and understood due to my warranty coverage a different provider to fix the issue was cost optimal in this particular situation. He was great - will be my go-to appliance vendor (post warranty coverage) going forward!

Ben was amazing and kind. First time calling for a repair man to check out what is wrong with the family washer. He calls before hand and text you his ETA. Felt bad for a small space for him to work but he didn't complain. Would recommend Ben to my families and friends.

When Ben got to my house he looked at the problem and stated it would cost $225, we said ok, but just before starting he said but I have to order a part for it. My husband said forget about the part cause we may just be buying a new one soon. So just fix it for now. Ben said but I don't want to have to come back for the same thing. My husband said no what you want is to get more money for this job. My husband than asked Ben do you want to do this or what, and Ben answered NO and walked out. Professionalism Ben has none.

Tech couldn’t figure out model number so after a week of follow up calls I was told to sort it myself.
