 + -1 moreI called Ben Bay to have them rent my apartment in Brooklyn and not only did the person not call me back but they also had an intern call (the intern called the wrong person). They also did a no-show for an appointment they had to come over and see the apartment. After calling them again, someone called me back to schedule another appointment and again did a no show. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. If they can't even call the right person or show up for appointments what does that say about who they do business.
