It went pretty good. The door was a little too long, but they came back with a new door.

Disastrous. The door was not installed properly. It took 4 visits to do the installation and it is still problematic. Didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Drilled lots of unnecessary holes in a new door. Door wont close properly

They did a nice job and had a lot of glass options for my cabinet door. They seemed very busy and abrupt with me.

We had built a metal table base and needed a glass top for it. We had used Bear Glass before for some custom glass and they had done a fine job. When we first went in to talk to them about the table, despite a full office of 7 staffers and no other customers, not one of them was willing to help us. After waiting ten minutes, someone finally was able to give us an estimate. The price was steep, but probably totally in line with what these things cost.The glass wasn't ready until a week after it had been promised. No big deal because we weren't in such a rush. When we picked it up, it was exactly what we asked for and it looked great. The problem was, the metal table base had rusted along the bottom. Clearly, it had been left in standing water - which was visible in their work space. When we complained about this, the man we were working with was incredibly rude and unprofessional - telling us that it was our fault that the table rusted and there was no water in their shop (though he refused to come down stairs so we could show him the standing water. In the end, he agreed to refund $50 of our money - which they did by promptly sending a check. He maintained to the end that it could not possibly have been their fault but gave us the partial refund anyway. I think Bear glass does good work but they have NO concept of customer service and have been rude at some level each of the four times I've visited their store. The place itself is disorganized so I recommend you don't leave anything there.

Extremely well. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient. Before they came, Trudy in their main office gave us an estimate and coordinated everything. I would highkly recommend them if your kids throw a ball through a household window!

After Bear Glass came to measure. We decided to go the factory and meet with the sales rep. to go over the measurements and place the final order. She was a half hour late for the appointment. When she finally arrived the owner was in a foul mood and proceeded to berate the employee while we were standing there. After she composed herself, she could not find our order. When she finally located the paperwork, it had be scribbled on and crumpled. It was pretty much stick figure drawings on several pieces of paper. We did out best to get out of there as soon as possible and decided that we could not trust a company like this. The lack of organization, detail, cleanliness and overall customer awareness are all reasons stay away!

THEY WERE EXCELLENT ALL AROUND. THEY ARE A SMALL COMPANY IN BROOKLYN THAT HAS VERY HARD WORKERS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE JOB WAS DONE PERFECTLY.
