Boris was effective and professional. He came to the site or performed maintenance as needed. He was also polite and professional with the staff which was a huge bonus as I felt i could leave him to his work without having to shadow him.

The cost was too much for me to change over the phone system...I stayed with what I have. He was very prompt, courteous and informative...just not for me now

My interaction with them was terrific. I was very happy with them. I would use them again; they were prompt. This guy Boris is the head of it and is very nice. He does what he tells me he will do and if he can save me money, he will save it.

Our telephone system controller was damaged by salt water following Super Storm Sandy. I found BAB Communications in Angie's list. Tanya in the office took my call, asked a few questions and then had Boris call me back promptly. Boris set the time with me to look a the job same day. While I was headed home, Tanya called and said Boris would be about 20 minutes late. Boris arrived with his assistant Egor at the updated time. They were well dressed and professional. Boris took about 30 seconds and he knew exactly what we needed. He quoted us a price which included hardware and labor and said he would come back on Monday. As promised, he and Egor returned, replaced the parts, set the time and date on the phone, (we didn't know how to do this since we bought the home 5 years ago!) and demonstrated some of the features we weren't aware of. We couldn't be happier.

I found the company on Angie's list in the summer of 2012 when I decided to upgrade my office phone and computer systems.For reasonable price they installed new Panasonic telephone system and voice mail system.Unfortunately our office was severely damaged during HURRICANE SANDY and went through extensive repair ,remodeling and renovation.I called the company again. The owner of the company was very thorough and explained all our options.When the installation was completed the staff received a lesson on how to use the equipment.I was impressed how patient Boris,the owner of the company , was with us. Even now We keep calling them for technical support and programming when We need it.Everyone in the company have been courteous and very helpful. I could not be more please d with this company and without any reservation recommend them.

I had an appointment with Mr. Birman (this is how he is listed on Angie's List; his assistant informed me his name is spelled Borin) for 12 noon on Wednesday, September 19. I waited. He did not show up nor contact me. 12:30 - nothing. 1:00 - nothing. 1:30 - I called his office. Was put on hold; assistant returned and told me he said our appointment was at 2. It wasn't. I told her that it had been scheduled for 12 noon. She talked to Mr. Birman/Borin again and he said, "I must have talked to her husband." There is no such person. Mr. Birman/Borin never made an effort to contact me.

He came out to my home quickly. He also came back a couple times to ensure everything was working correctly. He was a nice guy. I was very happy with their work.

The owner Boris quoted and came out and serviced our location. We needed CAT5 Wiring in the office that runs our IP Phones. Boris setup an IT network and fixed regular phone lines that were mixed up and not working. Very Happy With His Service. Thank you,

My phone system stopped working after a power surge. I called a few different companies that I found in the phone book because I didn't have a service contract anymore. No one was more helpful than Alex at BAB communications. Other companies wanted much more money just to come to check my system out and they all talked about buying a completely new system before they even saw mine. Alex came right away and when he diagnosed my problem, he told me that he would have to find re-built parts because it is an older phone system. He didn't hustle me to buy a new one. He said that even though it would be expensive to fix, the price would be much less than a complete new system and that mine was still a good one and it has a few more years of use in it. I was impressed because I didn't know the details of my system and he could have easily told me that it was burnt out and that I needed a whole new one. He ordered the part, which was an entire box, it had more parts than I needed but he told me to hold onto the rest just in case I ever need more parts for it. He applied the service charge for the original diagnostic house call to the price of the complete job. He came to fix it when I was available and was very professional. I thought that he really knew what he was doing and I am confident that he did a good job. He worked neatly and I think he is really experienced in working with telephone systems. The phones have worked perfectly since he fixed it. I would not hesitate to call him when I am ready to install a new phone system.
