Description of Work: All of my drains in my home were draining slowly and I couldn’t figure out what was going on so I called Austin plumbing out to check it out. Jason arrived and within minutes he diagnosed the problem as a sewer backup that was causing these issues I was having. He got the problem resolved quickly and efficiently without making a mess. He ended up snaking the main line but had a special camera to show me that he couldn’t get all of the clog out with the snake and to have a long lasting solution would to be to water pressure jet out my line. After it was all done the picture of my line looked significantly different than before. I couldn’t be more happy with the service that was provided and the professionals at this team and the fast response. Thanks guys! Highly recommend

+ -1 moreAustin Plumbing and heating were very professional very responsive according to detail and the job was done efficiently. I highly recommend this company for all sewer and drain cleaning.
Description of Work: While I was doing my laundry I came downstairs and there was water pouring out of my washer machine drain of course as a normal home owner I started to panic. I called many different plumbers in the area but Austin plumbing responded quickly. Two members of the team showed up Jason and Justin and the diagnosed the problem very quickly and suggested many options for me to solve my problem temporarily and permanently. They cleared the line from the blockage and cleaned the mess up as best as they could. I will be recommending this company to my friends and family.

They have done everything from replace large boiler, sewer site lines, lift stations, gas leaks and so much more. Always am satisfied with the work they do for me and know Michael will always make sure the job done right. It says a lot to me seeing the owner of a business whiling to get his dirty on every job. You can tell his team respects him. Work has always been completed on time and within budget. Every job has been up to NYC code and passed inspection. Highly recommend Austin Plumbing & Heating

+ -1 moreThe process was pretty smooth. ConEdison’s inspections were problematic but the plumbing part of it was simple. Mike and the crew installed the boiler all in 2 days. The building department inspection was passed on the first try. Mike and his crew made every inspection on time. I would hire again if I had to do plumbing work.
