 + -1 moreIt is a scheduled appointment. They estimate how often you need it and come out. For many years we have had excellent service. I noticed there was something wrong with the broiler. The company left me out to dry about something non related. Now my broiler is empty and the house is cold.

 + -1 moreThe man I spoke with came on very strong. He mentioned he was a Financial Planner which seemed strange to me. He also stated that he was an agent for Natural Gas delivery and he could get it cheaper. I thought it was inappropriate that he was trying to sell instead of providing the plumber service. None of the people I spoke with were the people who I had spoke with previously, and I have used them recently. I think it might be under new ownership.
Description of Work: I called them to see if they could check my boiler for the season.

 + -1 moreGot another contractor in the area - PENNSYLVANIA OIL COMPANY - to do the same job for $75. Just goes to show, you need to shop around!
Description of Work: The owner Sam Ainbinder gave my wife a very expensive quote of $250 to install a heating thermostat a few days ago. I called him and negotiated him down to $140, which he claimed he would do the job for, as a favor, since it was cold outside. Before the time of the appointment came, he never showed up, but called to say he wasn't interested in the work.
