+ -1 moreWe bought reclining chairs that keep breaking. Repair men have been out here 4 times in the last 5 months to try to repair the chairs. I want to return the chairs and get a credit. The repair men said it was a manufacture defect, but they still won’t give me a credit. I also purchased a contract and they won’t honor that.
