Description of Work: I signed up on Angie's list just to recommend these guys. I work as an interior designer and have completed numerous apartment renovations (both smaller scale paint jobs to full gut renovations on 5th and Park Avenue residences). They are very high in quality, have NEVER let me down and have (surprisingly in New York at least) completed all my jobs on time and a few times ahead of schedule. So, I am impressed. In addition, they rarely give me change orders and stick to the contract. Even when things happen that are not calculated in our plans, they just fix it and that is it. They work with me and my clients and have never had to drag them back for a punch list. They really are great guys too-- honest and very hardworking. Especially in NY with very strict Co op renovation rules, they have been steller with the building staffs and the building super always like to hear I am working with them. In one particular building they have already done 3 apartment in one calendar year and the super has had nothing but praise for them. Additionally, they are very fair with their pricing. And I appreciate that they do what they say they will do and do not cut corners.
