I scheduled the service over two weeks in advance, and received confirmations from Angi consistently over those two weeks that the service was scheduled. Indeed the very morning of the scheduled cleaning I received another confirmation. Then at 5 minutes after 10:00 am (10:00 was the scheduled time) I received a cancellation from Angi. This left me completely without options because it was a Friday and the shower was on Sunday. The false ongoing communication from Angi is unforgivable. Instead of prepping for the shower..decorations, favors, etc, I had to spend the entire day cleaning. I will NEVER use Angi again. If they’d let me know a few days earlier, I could perhaps have made alternate arrangements. Long story short…you cannot trust Angi to communicate honestly.
Description of Work: I needed a full house cleaning prior to a baby shower for my daughter and house guests for the Princeton University reunions.
