Absolutely amazing

I worked with Zack (Zajo) Nikocevic from the time that I was looking at my first potential apartment purchase. To say that he was supportive In the process of designing the necessary modifications for that first apartment (which I did not end up buying) and the necessary modifications to my second apartment (which he ended up working on) would be an understatement. We went through several iterations of quotes before coming to a final set of modifications (such as reinforcing a wall, sanding and restaining the wood floor, removing and replacing a small range for a larger one, etc.). His workers were professional and he stated within the budget for agreed-upon services. He also lent me his handyman for a day in order to assemble my furniture, which included a queen-size bed. I was genuinely happily surprised by how well the job was completed and how fairly I was treated.
