CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES MADE THE APPOINTMENT, THEY ACCOMPLISHED WHAT THEY WERE THERE TO DO. REMOVED A FEW STAINS THAT I COULDN'T REMOVE FROM MY CARPET MYSELF.
