I hired Alpine to do some small electrical jobs which they completed, then I called them a third time to do another job but the secretary kept calling me a hundred times to set up other appointments after they failed to show up at the appointed time. After failing numerous times to show up for the new appointed times, I ended up calling someone else to do a simple job. It would have been professional if the owner of Alpine had contacted me in the first place to tell me he wouldn't be able to do the job, or just wasn't interested, this way I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to set up appointments they couldn't keep!

Alpine electrical were very prompt with fixing my problem, I thought it was a much bigger issue and the electrician was at mt house and fixed it the very same day I called, for a very good price.

We had Vito wire for cable, replace some pendant lights, put dimmers on switches, and replace outdoor lights. Job well done!

Vito Ingravallo arrived at my home at the agreed time with his assistant ready to work. The instillation of the ceiling fan and the electrical work required was performed extremly well. Repairing the ceiling and cleaning up what trash that was created was done very well. Vito sent one of his men over; he did not come personally. His man did a great job, and accomplished the task well within a completely reasonable time. He was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself before departing. I tipped him $50. I would most definitely recomment Vito's company to anyone who needs light interior electrical work. He will be the first I call next time.

When the order was placed on Service Magic, we got a call immediately from Vito Ingravallo. He asked good questions about the order so that he was sure of what was needed. On the date set for the project, his colleague Marcos arrived promptly, had all the equipment and parts needed and efficiently carried out the project of installing two ceiling fans with light fixtures, cleaning up after the work was completed. He was professional and courteous. My wife and I were very happy with his work and with the result. We would strongly recommend Vito Ingravallo.

Vito is a nice guy and did a good job on my project. On my particular job, he did not know that my house was listed by the City as a 2 family, and this caused a few issues along the way. (The house is used as a 1-family, it doesn't look like a 2-family, and I didn't think to mention anything about it because I didn't realize it was an issue. In the future, I will mention this to anyone working on the house, and hopefully, Vito will ask in the future, since this issue apparently has bearing on how permits are distributed). Regardless, Vito did a very good job, and I would happily recommend him to others. Truthworthy, nice, guy.
