 + -1 moreTheir attention to detail was second to none. I did not feel judged that I had these things in my home. They not only did a great job, but I personally felt like the knowledge and education made me feel more comfortable with everything that took place. These are true professionals who put their customers priorities at the top of their list.
Description of Work: They performed their rat and roach extermination service along with their exclusion service where they plugged up all the possible areas where roaches and rats could come from.

 + -1 moreThey level of service blew my mind. Normally companies send service agents to do this kind of work but to have the owners personally do the bed bug jobs and to educate me on how to rectify this issue so that it does not happen again, was second to none. I jokingly call them to the Apple of Bed Bugs Service because it's second to none.
Description of Work: The provider came into my apartment, surveyed our bed bug situation and came up with a gameplan on how to tackle it. Then they personally came in and did a thorough job in getting every single problematic area that bed bugs could come from.
