Terrible experience. We are in the process of trying to get our money back. The company was listed by National Grid for oil to gas conversion. Responsive until we paid them 50 percent of the total estimate of $8900, after which no work was done until I asked for a refund. This prompted them to send someone to install the gas line. I believe that finally happened in October. The office was unaware, for some reason, that a city inspection was needed before National Grid could install the meter. I discovered this myself while speaking to National Grid. We waited several weeks while they were supposedly trying to schedule the inspection. My husband finally called the city planning office and was easily able to schedule it for the following week. The work then failed the inspection. We paid them $4450 on July 25,2012 and as of today 1/3/2013 we have nothing but a pipe running the length of our basement, attached to nothing.
