All City Van Lines

The drivers were terrific but my problem is with the owner of the company. The owner’s assistant told me to pack and prepare for the time it would take to get my things there. It was actually two weeks and I didn’t like that. They lost my son’s graduation pictures and my deceased mother’s rocking chair that was very important to her. They told me I’m insured 60 cents per pound and they keep wanting me to come up with a figure to reimburse me but I don’t have a monetary amount I can place on these items. It’s been two weeks since the last time I talked to them and haven’t heard a thing regarding finding my items.

My contact at All City Van Lines was Diana Quinones, and she was professional from beginning to end. We had packing done at 2 locations consisting of paintings, clothing, books, etc. which they transported to Niagara Falls, 8 hours drive one way. The packers worked fast, neat and were very courteous and helpful. We are satisfied with the service and would recommend All City Van Lines to anyone looking for moving professionals.

T wouldn't use them again. Some of our items were broken. They actually lied to my face and said they wrapped everything perfectly. I was told I would have an as-is quote because I didn't want any surprises, but the final bill was $1500 over what they'd quoted me. I felt like my furniture was thrown around the truck. I feel like they promised us the world when we signed up and everything was just terrible after that.
