Phone service/sales was very friendly and informative. First scheduled installation appointment was not kept. I got a call that installer was running late and would be at my home about 2 hours after scheduled window for delivery. Two hours later "no show" I called and was told installer was on his way. I had to cancel and go to work. Second scheduled installer, a couple of weeks later, arrived over an hour late--after the scheduled window for delivery. Once he arrived he was professional and courteous. I was offered a small "discount" on a product add-on, to compensate for my trouble, but it was hardly worth my having missed a half day work when the first installer did not show, and waiting an extra hour+ the second time. I like this company, but they really need to tighten up their delivery/installation scheduling. I know things can happen to delay a service or delivery person, but twice was not good
