Description of Work: I recently completed a major hvac installation in my five-story townhouse and attached recording studio. It was a rather complicated project which entailed ripping out old equipment, and meticuosly replacing it with a state-of-the-art Mitsubishi heat pump split system. To say this was a major project is an understatement. After receiving 3 different bids, I feel quite fortunate that I chose the ALLair HVAC company. Well managed, with good people.. who were all the utmost skilled professionals. Added bonus…they were spot on creative problem solvers when the unexpected issues and problems arose ( which they always do on large-scale projects…yes?) Finding good contractors whether you have a small or large project, is always a daunting task. Given the excellent results I have, these people are the best in my opinion. I give them my highest recommendation. Also, Shlomo Khodara, the owner, is a remarkable engineer/problem solver type. And quite fair in his biz dealings. Btw..they set me up so the units in each room can be controlled by my Smartphone (iPhone) app..I can control units from anywhere in the world!
