They are terrible. The guy who cleans is awesome-sauce, but everything else about them is terrible. The paperwork is terrible. The individual employees are very good, but overall their systems, like how they approach problems. Everything is very haphazard and not very efficient. If you can catch an individual employee they will take care of stuff, but it is very hard at times to catch individual people. There is a pretty high turnover.
