They showed up on time, were very professional. They gave a full estimate that I signed before they went to work. They cleaned up afterwards.

Mr. Rivera was able to fix my plumbing problem in that visit. I am very happy.

In the end, terrible. I was eventually passed on from the serviceman to the owner's son and then to the owner. However, the quality of service - and the general responsiveness of the entire company - degraded progressively. I would *NOT* use them again.

Our service technician, Thomas, explained the problem we were having with our heating system in detail and outlined the cost before work was begun. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. We have used this company many times and have always been satisfied.

The plumber came and "approximately" pinpointed the location of the leak that was behind the wall on the 1st floor bathroom. The plumber told me that it would be my responsibility to remove the drywall, from the basement, and tile from the first floor bathroom. Then the plumber said, "While your doing that, I have to respond to another call and I'll come right back and finish the job for you." I asked him, "How will I be sure that you'll come back?" The plumber said, "Just call the dispatcher, at the office, and tell them to send me back out here and I'll come but before I leave, I have to charge you the fee for me to come out here. I took him for his word and called ther dispatcher and they told me that in order for him to come out to my house, I'll have to pay the service charge again for him to come back. I told them I already paid for the fee, I got to holes in my walls, I still don't know where the leak is coming from, and dude left. Definitely not giving them my money again.

Great job. Very professional - left a clean work site and took all the old valves and faucet with them, so there was no disposal or clean that I had to do.

They get all "A"s for everything. They were great.

They were good. It's a mom and pop company. We have used them a lot for our building and our private residence. I would still use them if I lived in the area, but I moved quite a long ways away.

Great - hot water instantly available. Also,we hope, reduces the risk of pipe freezing in very cold weather.

This was a BIG project. I could get no one else to do it. Some said it couldn't be done. BUT, A good plumber did it. The work was done with no rush, calmness, ease, and confidence--something I've never experienced before with other contractors. It is perfect and I won't ever have to have it done again-----best ever. I'm more than pleased.

Everything went GREAT. In fact, I'm calling them back next week for another project. The family behind this company has maintained our plumbing for decades and we would not call on anyone else.

It was the day before New Year's eve and we needed our drain line cleaned out because I had flushed something inappropriate down the toilet and figured at the same time we would service the furnace. I was surprised when the technician showed up because I didn't think anyone was working before New Year's. He arrived early and completed both jobs. He was extremely knowledgeable and made some sorely needed improvements on the furnace.

They came on 1/5/17 and 1/10/17. It was a sticker shock at first but I am really satisfied with their work. You get what you pay for and I certainly got it. They were really nice but the estimate was more than what I wanted to pay. It was a difficult job and he was very careful with his work not to damage the existing sink. The quality of the items and the quality of the repair was great. He was neat, polite, and cleaned up after himself. He was perfect, extremely competent and I will highly recommend him. The same person that gave me the estimate was the same person that actually did the work and I really appreciated that.

This plumber did not diagnose the problem correctly. They should refund me for the visit.

It went really well and very smoothly, which was really surprising to me. Working with plumbers and contractors has always been extremely difficult for my wife and I. We were shocked that these guys were so friendly, courteous, explained the problem clearly, and were very transparent and honest about pricing and what's involved. In my experience, this is extremely rare. Most people don't know how to communicate at all and are always trying to con you. Not these guys. I really trust them and that is really hard to find.

It didn't. Cost for installation was more than the cost of the dishwasher!!

Beyond professionalism, beyond thoughtful responses to critical issues that I have experienced with my heating and plumbing system, throughout the years, Warren's central goal has been, and continues to be that my family's needs are met in a satisfactory manner. Case-in-point, a few weeks ago, my broiler was in a 'critical' condition. Although I did not express my fears to Warren, he must have sensed my concerns. He remained on the job, went above and beyond the call of duty, until my boiler was up-and-running. (I may note that warren even brought me a "Hot Buttered Bagel." I'll say, that's Love.! On a personal level, I am of the opinion that that there is not a client that Warren does not genuinely care about. Great. Thomas Sobolow was so responsive, nice, and customer-friendly. He diagnosed the problem which turned out to be an improperly installed drain. He took pictures and made sure I could look at the problem myself. They give you all the pricing upfront so - so whether you agree with the cost or not - it's all there, no negotiating. The work was done well, and done quickly. Thomas made sure to keep everything clean and was incredibly courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

A Good Plumber is highly professional and meticulous in their planning. My landlord is tough to get in touch with, so getting permission to do the work was a real obstacle. Ultimately my landlord decided to have his own guys do the work due to some unique conditions that exist in my building (it's at least 100 years old), so we ended up not being able to use A Good Plumber at this time. The thoroughness and informative consulting they gave me was in itself a great value to me, so I look forward to hiring them the next time we need a job done where my landlord does not need to be involved, or better yet, once I get my own building.

A very personable tech named Thomas called me gave laid down stuff to cover my floor and even wore little boot covers. I got an email with his picture when he was coming over. He went through my house and noted two other things I am doing next month. Laid out his guide and options for me, non pressure and I picked what I wanted. He came back the next day as it was late already. He was efficient and cleaned up beautiful and very personable. The prices seemed a great value considering all he told me his company does to ensure they have good employees and a good reputation. Its warranteed and how good they have their stuff together. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Work went well but was not happy with having to buy a package; included things I did not need which drove the price higher. Also the company uses a list of prices for everything which has higher than normal costs and is not negotiable.
