+ -1 moreWhen they arrived on-time, they found the hole in the counter where the cook top was to go was too small and it would not fit. They volunteered to re-engineer the counter, utilizing some of my tools, to enlarge it in each direction and allow the new cooktop to be installed. They really went above and beyond the call of duty and I was exceptionally pleased with the experience.
Description of Work: They were hired to bring and install a new cooktop.
