Wonderful experience

The job went terribly. I had used Angel for a drain cleaning job and he was competent, but for the bathroom he left the work a mess. His first response was that he could start right away, but then when right away happened he vanished for four days. Kidney problems that kept him from responding to texts. OK, a human being is understanding of such things, I am human. Showed up a week later. What was I thinking to work with someone if this is how they treat me at the beginning? Live and learn. He said he'd start Wednesday. Wednesday came, son has trouble at school. I'm still understanding, am human. I need the job done with increasing urgency. He makes a promise that everything will be finished by Saturday. "I am confident" he says "I've been doing this fo about 20 years." I offered him to bring his son over and watch TV while he works. Friday comes, everything he does seems wrong. I try to correct him. "Don't worry, I've been doing this for 20 years, it will be perfect. Trust me." The job looks terrible. He ignored my advice, and exactly what I said would happen, happened. Would have been better off not having done anything. Then he WALKED OFF THE JOB. Left everything a mess, unfinished. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

They did not show up or call on time for appointment. They called over an hour after scheduled appointment and said they are running late. Cancelled job and hired another plumber.

They were prompt and efficient. The sink went in quickly and cleanly. They had to return when we noticed dripping from the shutoff valves which was not their fault ....just old building plumbing problems. Great guys, super clean and fast and available on a Saturday! Two trips $450.00 Not cheap but excellent work. It would have been 1 visit if the pipes weren't soooo ol

Mr. Rivera completed, and corrected both issues. I was extremely happy. I was impressed with his knowledge, and his patience. I will definitely use his service again!!

The service was prompt and courteous.

Angel was early, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As he worked on our yard drains, we discussed a recent overflow of our sewer line. He intially suggested the possibility of our installing a water pump to prevent that problem from happening again, but after taking a look at our sewer line he said the cost of something like that would be around 2K and we could probably avoid a major sewer overflow with regular annual maintenance of the sewer line. He also suggested that if we were ever concerned we could call to have the line snaked before or even during a big rainstorm (like Hurricane Sandy.) Now that we know he has his own company our co-op plans to contact him for future repairs!

This is the second time I have used this plumbers services for different issues. He is knowledgeable, professional and very competitively priced. I would highly reccommend his services.
