He is excellent and reliable. He is super friendly and lives in the neighborhood. He does his best to work around your schedule and I would highly recommend him. I would use him again.
Description of Work: Richie has done numerous jobs for me. He has put in a ceiling fan and recessed lighting throughout the entire apartment. He had to rewire electrical to put in another ceiling fan. I have used him for the past 10 years.

They were great. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. The guy finished the job quickly. However, the price was high for what they did.

The service man was very friendly and competent. He offered hints in regards to stove repair and use. The price was very comparable to others within our area. The company offers a coupon for Angie's List members.
Description of Work: I have a GE gas stove. The heat was coming out the front. A 1 Universal Electrical evaluated the situation by assuring the gaskets were properly aligned. Upon further searching, a plastic piece was underneath the heating element located below the warming drawer. This was placed there by the manufacture and not removed upon delivery. The plastic was removed and no problems noted to date.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TOLD US AHEAD OF TIME WHAT THE ESTIMATED PRICE WAS GOING TO BE. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK TO COMPLETE INSTEAD IT TOOK A FEW DAYS.
