+ -1 moreI used them a month ago. They were the receivers. They delivered to my home and unpacked the furniture. What I liked is that they were very neat. I did not like the fact that they didn't put the furniture together. We had hutches and few pieces of furniture that were left and not put together. They did leave some dings in the wall too.
Description of Work: A-1 First Class - Viking Moving & Storage Inc moved a whole house from US to here.

+ -1 moreMY MOVERS AND THE EXPERIENCE OF THE ACTUAL MOVE WAS EXCELLENT. THE MOVERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND TRIED TO MAKE IT AS COST EFFICIENT IN THE USE OF MATERIALS AS POSSIBLE. THEY WERE CONSISTENTLY AT WORKSO AS TO NOT PROLONG THE MOVE AND DID A GOOD JOB PROTECTING MY STUFF AND STACKING IT APPROPRIATELY WITHIN THE STORAGE UNIT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE COST. PAYING $660 BEFORE TIP (WHICH WAS ABOUT $50 FOR EACH MOVER) IS A LITTLE PRICEY TO ONLY HAVE ENOUGH STUFF TO FILL OUT A SMALL 1-BEDROOM CONVERTED INTO 2. HOWEVER, THIS IS NEW YORK AND IS SOMEWHAT TO BE EXPECTED. ON ANOTHER NOTE, THE MOVERS ACTUALLY ARRIVED TOO EARLY TO START MOVING STUFF OUT OF MY BUILDING BUT DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE EXTRA TIME.
Description of Work: THE MOVED MY BELONGINGS FROM MY OLD APARTMENT IN MIDTOWN TO MOISHE'S STORAGE IN QUEENS. THEY WRAPPED MY BELONGINGS, LOADED IT ON THEIR TRUCK, DROVE TO THE STORAGE PLACE AND PLACED OF ALL THOSE BELONGINGS IN MY STORAGE ROOM. IT TOOK ABOUT 5 HOURS.
