Nicky the technician came out the same day at the time agreed, swapped out one cylinder but didn't have the second cylinder model in stock. So he put in a temporary new cylinder (to make sure I had a new lock), returned the next working day, and put in a permanent, high security cylinder as we discussed. I was only charged for one visit, and price included 2 extra high security keys, one high security cylinder, one standard cylinder. I called several locksmiths, including one from the Big Deal, and everyone was quite a bit more expensive. Plus Nicky is a character and a really nice guy.

I don't know about their skills as a locksmith, but if you have some rare or odd keys that need duplicating, this is the place to go. They knew what I had and found the blanks quickly. Service was completely professional.

I've used them several times. They are very good at their job.I've never had a problem with any of their work/products.However, they can be a bit curt, and could be a bit friendlier.

They were knowledgeable. It is pricey, but you are getting what you pay for. They are courteous, prompt and efficient. The people they hire are a little rough around the edges but good natured. The quality of work is solid.

He came on time, assessed the situation, explained to me my options and his recommendations, and was done within the hour. When he realized that he couldn't use the lock that he initially suggested (because it didn't fit into to my door), he consulted with me first before installing a different lock. He was forthright about pricing, knowledgeable, and professional.

I called to schedule a house call and was given an appointment for the next day within a two-hour window (11AM - 1PM). The locksmith called from the road to verify the address and was here within the promised time. Repaired the front door lock (one of those expensive, high security types that had been installed by a different locksmith) and replaced the cylinder in an old, damaged dead bolt on the basement door. Fast, courteous, professional, and I spent less money than I thought I would. Over all, an excellent experience.

When I called they were very nice and kind. They understood I was nervous and wanted the locks changed right away. The locksmith showed up within an hour and the job was completed very fast.
