I purchased their $99 Furnace Tune Up deal and to their credit, later on the same day that day contact me. However, they stated they did not work with boilers, although the deal details explicitly all the tasks done on a gas boiler?? Further, they even had reviews describing work on boilers. Perhaps they suddenly no longer indeed work on boilers, or just don't want to honor an advertised deal, but they could have offered more of an explanation.

My tenants were freezing and I contacted 212HVAC with a simple search online with HVAC repair. I was lucky enough to get Eli. The guys came the next day. I wish I would have called earlier in the day and not at 10:00PM. Had I called in the morning they said they could have come that day. I was lucky I got them because they came the next day and fixed the furnace. Good thing because it is cold again. My tenants are warm and I don't have to worry about it anymore. The gentleman took safety precautions with a mask, booties and gloves. I have to admit my tenants were hesitant to let people in the unit because of COVID but they were pleasantly surprised all around. Thank you 212HVAC!!!

Very well. The technician was professional, skilled, and punctual. I had trouble finding a company that would service window AC's. 2 refused -- so I guess they require more work. So far both AC's are working well...

I have used 212 HVAC several times for general maintenance and identifying and repairing a coolant leak. They are prompt and always fix the problem. I would definitely use them again. The only reason I gave them a B rather than an A is because I think they're a little expensive.

I've been using 212 HVAC now for a good 4 years. I've always been happy with their services. I find them lovely to deal with. They do our regular cleanings and have replaced a faulty filter for me. I trust them with my building.

It was a waste of time on both of our parts. I called in for an assessment of our apartment of what can be done to upgrade out AC situation. That was translated as come onsite and provide an estimate for a mini-split AC system.

Pricey. Took two trips to complete work. Tech was cordial and work completed with an attention to detail.

The work took several weeks longer than anticipated. They described the problems thoroughly and follow up communication was good. Work seemed a little sloppy but functional.

It went fine, technician was very nice. They claimed on the original bill to replace my air filter, but they did not do it. Somewhat misleading....................

212 HVAC went out to purchased and replace the inducer-fan (Note: Although I wish they would have more thoroughly checked it before assuming it needed replacement b/c it turned out to just be blocked by a piece of debris, not broken. Once the blockage was removed, the old inducer presumably could have been re-installed. This could have saved us a lot of $$$) They also did their best to repair the refrigerant leak (via an internal sealant) and also recharged the AC system with 3.5 lbs of refrigerant. There was a little back & forth as we had to negotiate the price a little (the price was shockingly high. Seriously.) Nonetheless, we finally came to an agreement on price - $600 - and 212 HVAC (I dealt with Victor - Manager, and Andray - Tech ) honored the deal. They were honest, professional, trustworthy, and punctual. Despite the price, Victor seemed like a straight-shooter (this is important!) so I would use them again and recommend them as well.

They were excellent. Punctual and friendly, they went out of their way to to take a look at the furnace. They put in extra work too, in order to look at our external AC compressor.

Great but the freeon was more expensive than from other vendors

Opened units checked freon charge and topped up one unit. Very basic service. Only gauged the pressure didn't check superheat or Subcool. Didn't check capacitors or other components for ware. Overall fine but really basic service. Freon is getting very very expensive!

They don't have a technician available for 2 weeks. So if you're in a hurry o have a problem, don' bother.

The work was done well, but the cost was high

Very good experience -- professional and straightforward. Didn't try to sell services that weren't required. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service - Victor helped troubleshoot and diagnose multiple layers of problems. He was able to figure out what was going on and fix immediately for short-term so that we had AC in the heat, and then recommended long-term fix to avoid problems in the future for several days later.

While 212 HVAC did not fix my clogged drainage pipe, they did fully refund me for the job. Great company.

Cleared condensate drain and cleaned float switch. Machine went back online.

They were very diligent on the older unit, coming back quickly when there was an issue and spending the time needed to make sure it was working perfectly. They solved a problem on the newer unit that had stumped a couple of other repair services. We rate extremely high for quality versus cost.

I appreciate that not every problem can be solved, but this really wasn't rocket science. My brother-in-law wound up solving the clogged A/C unit problem

Exceeded my expectation. Very good service at a matter of a time and most importantly in a scheduled time. Service man was well polite and even took some his time to make some good recommendations. Will use their service again.
