Description of Work: EMpire installed carpet that began to unravel 3 months after installation. THey maintain it is not their problem as it was installed correctly. they do not respond to complaint of inferior merchandise.

Description of Work: I highly recommend this company. They are true professionals. They measured and installed carpeting in the living room, dining room, two hallways, and staircase. They did not leave until the job was finished and all excess carpet was packaged neatly for pickup. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice. I would certainly hire these workers again!

 + 0 moreThey also hauled away the old carpeting, and clean up after themselves. I was very happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. If I decide to carpet again, I will definitely call them again to do the work. They had a lot of choices, they let me pick out what I like, and they installed it and did a great job.
Description of Work: They carpeted my steps for our home, we have four levels of stairs and they did an excellent job.
