Crew arrived on schedule. In one day, removed all major junk from 3 floors of house and removed tool shed. Broom cleaned interior and cleaned surrounding landscape of all junk. They did an excellent job. They returned promptly upon request next business day to complete very minor remaining tasks. I will not hesitate to use them again when needed. Recommend highly.

Mr. Rubbish was fantastic! The team moved quickly and professionally! They were mindful of the neighbors and neighboring property. They were much better priced than the competition and, based on conversations with the competition, Mr. Rubbish was far more knowledgeable. I will use them on all of my projects going forward and have already referred them to other investors in my network.

Mike and his guys are the best. They removed 4 enormous rotting wood planters filled with dirt from my backyard in almost no time. They were professional, courteous, and they left my backyard cleaner than I had it to begin with. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them in the future. The cost was incredibly fair and I would find it hard to beat it anywhere.

From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. When I first reached out via Angie's List to get quotes about junk removal, Mike was the first one to contact me (literally within minutes). He was very professional and up front about all costs & services. There were no hidden fees at the end. His team showed up early, worked quickly and efficiently, and got everything broken down and out in less than the 2 hours I anticipated. They left the offices neat, didn't damage anything on the way out, and were nice and professional. I would hire Mike again in the future and would recommend his company to everyone.

The day went quick and completed in a short amount of time. They worked with my budget and took care of the project in about an hour, from estimate to clean out. I was lucky with the timing. They were in the area and fit me in. Communication was good and professional.

From the initial phone call to discuss what I needed done until the completion of the job, this company was very professional and trustworthy. I wanted the bags from the yard work hauled away but had to leave for work before the job was completed. I agreed with Mike to pay his person on site before the job was done. Mike promised me that he would make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction and that I didn't need to worry about the job. He said he would send pictures when he was done and that if I came home and saw something that wasn't done - I could always give him a call. Mike sent pictures of the completed job site so while at work I was able to relax that they had completed the job like they said they would. And, when I arrived home from work in the evening everything was left in good order. Job well done. I would hire this company again.

Clean up went very well. Emails were returned on time. Mike was easy to deal with and gave us a good price. Rod and Miquel, who came to pick up the junk were very nice and thorough, There was no hassle and they even sweep the area. We were very satisfied and would definite recommend this company.

They were very thorough and professional. They checked during the project to make sure they were doing all that was requested. i would definitely use them for future projects.

Everything went very well. We had 2 meetings to review and discuss options and pricing. Both were punctual and polite and I received a professional estimate quickly. They came in as the middle of 3 bids and I was going to use them, but I worked out a deal with my general contractor to do the job at a reduced rate if I gave him the buildout. Didn't ask Mr. Rubbish to reconsider bid.

Abby quickly came over to offer an estimate within a few hours of my initial call. She was friendly, thorough and clear. Mike called a couple of hours later and we settled on a a pick-up date -- which would be only three days later -- and the price. Mike called the evening before to confirm the job. A five-man crew arrived exactly on time with a huge garbage truck. They worked steadily and efficiently for two hours until the job was done, and the area had been swept. The crew boss, Dave, was easy to work with. All of the fellows worked equally h****** a very hot and humid day. One other detail worth mentioning: the Mr Rubbish crew were willing to haul away anything and everything, where other companies that I had called had what seemed to be arbitrary restrictions. For instance, a company called Junkluggers wouldn't take wood or paint or large appliances. The job truly went off without a hitch. I would use this company again without hesitation, and would recommend it to anyone seeking this kind of service. It will be money well spent.

My recollection is a little fuzzy, but I believe they were able to come within a day or two, had enough manpower to do the job pretty quickly, used garbage containers when walking through the house (it was a townhouse, so they had to go through the house to remove it) so that they didn't get anything dirty. The person who I spoke with at the company was very professional.

In order to save time and money, we already had most of the stuff bagged in large, heavy-duty contractor bags, which we lined up in the side yard There were more than 30 bags full! There was also loose junk, like broken down cardboard boxes, lots of assorted piles of wood, old (not antique) chairs, a table, and a desk. The Rubbish Team were good-natured, professional, polite, capable and considerate, and personable. My husband said were really great to work with, and when they were done loading the truck, David came back with the bill -- for more than 5 yards of rubbish, which was a lot. He said it would be fine to call in our credit card number the next morning, which we did. We will definitely use them again. We have at least another day of work on the basement clean-out, and later on the garage and the office.

They were very pleasant, competent, careful caring debris through the house and did no damage. It was a lot of work. I thought the fee was very reasonable for the work. Had to reschedule but communication was good and they were very timely.

neI could not have been more pleased. The men who came were courteous, efficient and did an excellent job including cleaning up all debris in the street. They worked quickly and never dropped anything. There was a lot to be removed and it was done in much less time that I imagined. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of rubbish removal
