Asher was prompt. He was professional and the job looks perfect. I am still awaiting the plumber to put in the shower handle and faucet as already paid for. Asher was also clean. He cleaned up after and as I am a senior I appreciated that very much. I plan to hire Asher again as "my handyman" in the future. I liked him very much. He is a little expensive; but this was an emergency job, the person who was supposed to do the job bailed out, I didn't mind too much.

On our first appointment Asher arrive promptly (on time) as planned. He checked out and discussed the work to be done, made suggestions, told me it would take a total of three days (2 days for the work and 1 day for drying). He gave me an estimate of $1,500. I called him again about a week and a half later and told him I was ready to proceed with the project. I met him on our agreed day at which time he came prepared with a contract of $1500.00; $700 deposit and $800 upon completion. We again discussed the color that would match and I joined him at the hardware store to pick the color. I did not like the color so we went to Home Depot and then Loews. We found our color at Loews and I left and he took it from there. I wish to state that he was very patient and tolerant - even when we went from store to store ( 3 of them). He was pleasant and had a good demeanor. On day #3 I met him at the apartment (this is a rental) and was very happy to see the work done. My tenant is very happy with the work done. Also Asher was very neat and cleaned up his work area as he did the work. I paid him his fee and he told me if there is any problem please feel free to call him. I would ask him back to do work in the future as I am very satisfied with his work.

While he was obviously very skilled, & figured out a way to hang my cabinets on a wall that wasn't the best place to put them, I was stunned at how unprepared for the project he came. I told him I needed to hang about 17 picture ledges, & about 6 of of them would be mounted not Brick & Cinder Block walls. He came with no anchors or screws to do this, & wound up not even attempting to mounti anything on the brick wall. He stated that it wasn't possible to hang the ledges (on the other walls) as close together as I wanted, though I did it myself in my old office. When I inspected the completed job, after he left, I was appalled to see that there were 4 extra holes in my wall. He didn't erase any of the many pencil lines he created. 2 of the shelves were mounted loosely to the screws, so that they fell when I put a picture on them.

Asher is great. He is highly competent, efficient, professional, friendly. And he showed a early; a huge plus and a rarity these days. I would highly recommend, and will definitely use him again.

I talked to him Thursday, 9/5/13. He requested that I call him back Friday morning, 9/6/13, to confirm an estimate appointment on Saturday, 9/7/13. I called him back on Friday, 9/6/13. He asked that I call him on Saturday,9/7/13. I called on Saturday, 9/7/13 to know at what time to expect him. He immediately asked for my address. I gave him my address again. I had already e-mailed my home address and home phone number to him on 9/5/13 at his request. He repeated my address as if he were deciding whether to come or not. At that point I told him to forget it.

Mr. Adry is absolutely wonderful. He is intelligent, articulate, and professional, and he gets the job done quickly and with no fuss. Affable and easy to work with, he's also very responsive and punctual: he calls right back and arrives when he says he will. I was also delighted that the job was done in under two hours! Mr. Adry worked very neatly and cleaned up after the job. In fact, he cleaned up so well that you'd never know work had been done. Now, that's a professional. I have already contracted with Mr. Adry to do more work. Hire this wonderful handyman with confidence. He's great!

Asher arrived on time. I showed him what needed to be done and he quoted me a price. He got right to work and did all the things I asked including finding a way to fix a kitchen cabinet door that I had little hope for after he told me it would be difficult to fix. He took about 2 hours to do all the work. I would use him again.

"Tropical Storm" Sandy tore a piece of roof capping off my roof. This capping prevented water from getting between my house and the house next door. This was the only area vulnerable to the elements. We were not aware of this vulnerability until 2 closets and a wall became water logged, moldy and eventually needed to be completely renovated. Asher did an excellent job. He was neat, fast and punctual. He also kept the price exactly as promised. I would gladly use Asher again and recommend him to others.

It went very well. He came promptly and worked diligently. It took two days to finish the job and I was so satisfied that I am setting up another appointment to do additional work in my bathroom.

He returned my phone call same business day. He really made an effort to get to work at my schedule, He came and gave a very thorough estimate and inspection. Even after he started the work, I added things and he was reasonable the entire time. The work, painting, fixture installations, repairs etc all were very well done. I am very pleased. He is also very informative. I had questions and he knew the best course of action. He also is good at recommending things that need attention and things that can wait. I really feel more informed now that he has done so much. I enjoyed dealing with Asher, very friendly man. Very important is that he is so experience and knowledgeable. All the work so far looks and works great. Everything was neat, clean and on time. He is a good guy. I recommend.

Asher arrived 15 minutes early. We drove to Home Depot in his van to collect the supplies: 4 sheets of drywall 4x8, 12 2x3s, a 32" prehung door and 5 strips of molding. We returned to my apartment where we unloaded the supplies and carried them into my building, which was rather difficult because we had to pass through two doors and take an elevator to the fifth floor. Asher devised a way to prop open the door with a piece of wood since there was no other way of holding the door open. Once all the supplies were in my apartment, Asher immediately commenced working and didn't stop until the job was done.

Overall it went well. He came on time and performed the work that was needed. Both the door and faucet have been in dire need of fixing. Thanks to Asher both were done.

I was very pleased with Asher's handyman work for me. He was responsive in advance of the appointment and was on time for the job. He worked quickly and efficiently and get everything done in the time we estimated the job would take. His prices were very good and the work was great. I'd highly recommend Asher.
