This company came highly recommended by a good friend. I called and waited 3 days for a call back. No big deal. the owner Jeffrey called me and I explained that I was having an issue with some shrubs. I gave him my info and he told me that he would stop by that same day or the next day. Well 4 days go by and I never heard from him, so I called again and left a message. That was over a week ago, never heard back from him. Great way to run a business! Tell people that you will come by, then never show up or return a phone call.
