Description of Work: I am contracted with the company to rip up old driveway, level the driveway, lay RCA, install Belgium block border and pave the driveway. The date of the contract is 8/6/2013, when the driveway was ripped out. The driveway has yet to be completed after 1 year. the driveway is not level, the Belgium blocks are loose and the cement is cracked. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company only to leave a voicemail that goes unreturned. Calls are not returned
