I did not use this company because their price was ridiculous.
Description of Work: He was very nice on the phone and said that he would give me a reasonable price to remove a tree that was already completely down on my front lawn from Hurricane Sandy. He asked if I was putting it through my insurance and I told him that I wasn't so he said he would be "kind" in his pricing. His was the highest of the estimates that I received. It was clear to me that he was trying to take advantage of the situation. I would never use this company for anything.

1. Dear Customer We are sorry that you were not happy with our price, which is no reason to give us a negative review, shopping for contractors is the same as shopping for appliances or food. You can stop at a road side stand and purchase 3 hotdogs and a soda for $5.00 or you can go to an establishment that has a brick and mortar building, has employees and pays for insurance, licensees, has legitimate overhead and spend $50.00 on a meal, with servers, bus people food runners that cater to your every need. You have eaten but is it the same, no. I suggest to anyone who reads this to take a look at our home advisor reviews, we always stride to take care of our customers and make them happy. Again if price is an issue and you found some one cheaper and money is your only motivator not quality of work or weather you’re working with a legitimate contractor, then please go with the cheaper price. Just remember, tree service is the most dangerous work and legitimate contractors need to be compensated, if some one gets hurt or they drop a tree on your home and they don’t have insurance to cover the incident it will fall back on you. Even if a worker injures himself and they don't have workman’s comp, the work can and will sue you for his or her injuries. a legitimate tree company will spend more than $50,000.00 per year in insurance premiums. So if you want to take your chances and hire the cheapest contractor or stop at a road side stand and spend $5.00 please do. Please realize we can not work for the same price as a guy running around with a chainsaw working out of that back if his car.
