+ -1 moreCo op went on the market in early July, and we had a contract to sell in September.
Description of Work: We haven't closed yet, but Eric Stein sold my co op this year. I found him to be attentive, and he stayed in touch. I like that I could reach him by text and email just about any time. Note that the dollar amount given doesn't relate to anything. The realtor is paid a standard commission. I don't know what to fill in.

+ -1 moreEric Stein was in charge, constantly kept us informed, proactive, always responded within 10 minutes to an email or phone call - never met anybody so responsible, reliable, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. This man is a miracle.
Description of Work: Thanks to Eric Stein a potential nightmare turned into a dream, a very god dream. We needed to sell my mother-in-law's house in Scarsdale NY. The house which was not in good shape, full of stuff and my husband and I live 250 miles away. For an additional 0.25% of the sale price Eric took care of everything - found and supervised an excellent, very reasonably priced contractor - and made sure that the house was in tip-top shape (break down some walls, sanded and sealed floors, all walls painted, fixed leaking roof, completely emptied and s -and-span clean) on the market within three weeks and the house was under contract within 24 hours.
